The restaurant “1 Place Vendôme” offers refined cuisine, a changing market-based menu, cooked up by our new Chef Nicolas Rucheton, chosen by the Chef Didier Aniès (Voted Meilleur Ouvrier de France in 2000). This young Chef who is already gaining recognition as a rising star in gastronomy, was trained by the great masters, such as Benoit Bernard (from La Laiterie at Lambersart), Jean Cousseau (Le Relais de la Poste) and at the La Bastide de Gordes. In a very haute couture houndstooth and “Dior grey” decor, Parisian excellence joins hands with the boldness of a young chef to create a chemistry which makes 1 Place Vendôme one of the capital’s choicest dining spots.

The Gastronomic menu is served from Monday to Sunday, from 12 noon till 2:30 pm.
Bar open every day from 7 am to midnight. Our Bar card is available every day, from Monday to Sunday from 11 am until 9:30 pm.
